The three year Tourism and Hospitality Executive Programme of master class events is tailored to the needs of leaders and managers in the tourism, leisure and hospitality industries. This is combined with best practice from within the industry to create a melting pot of ideas.
Industry speakers from Crealy Great Adventure Parks, The Riviera International Conference Centre and Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Padstow took part in the day and outlined the challenges they have overcome to achieve a successful performance management culture.

Subjects covered in Series 2 will range from running a successful tourism and hospitality business through to employment law, managing change and marketing.
Liz Georgeson, Skills Manger for the South West of England Regional Development Agency commented: "The opportunity to learn from inspirational and successful leaders and managers is essential if businesses in the tourism sector are to continue to improve performance and raise the quality of service.
